Koo de Kir was engaged at the very early stages of this project (pre-purchase). Our role was to oversee the entire project for the client to maintain the design integrity and creative direction from the initial space partitioning, through construction and on to installation. The design and build out of this gut renovation to a 4-floor single family townhouse in Boston’s South End neighborhood is an example of a fully custom interior project from top to bottom. From custom flooring, tile, stained glass and wallpaper to a massive structural window and an unbelievable custom kitchen, this house has it all. Architecture and building envelope by Embarc Studio.
